The online renewal process works only if you have already logged in.
If you need to log in, please go to the upper right corner of the header and log in. If you have forgotten your password, type your email address in the first line and click on "Forgot Password." You will be sent a new password (at your email address). In our experience, the new password arrives quickly--within minutes.
Once you have logged in, go to the upper right corner and click on View Profile.
You will be offered an opportunity to renew at a different level. If you want to remain at your current level, just ignore the "Change" button.
Finally, click the "Renew" button to launch a sequence of steps:
WHY SO COMPLICATED?
If you ever used our simple renewal system in 2012, you'll wonder why things have become so complicated and redundant. Really, we didn't have any choice. The old webhosting system had become cumbersome and was poised to fail. The new system, hosted by WildApricot, has nice features in the editing department but constrains us to certain fixed ways in the membership department.
